Ingredients
1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
1 ripe papaya, peeled and seeded, diced
1/2 cup diced kiwi
1/2 cup diced strawberries
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup chopped raw almonds
Optional: fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Wash and chop all of the fruit into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
