Ingredients
1 pre-made pizza crust
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup vegan mozzarella style cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare the pre-made pizza crust by spreading tomato sauce evenly over it with a spoon.
Add slices of vegan mozzarella style cheese over the tomato sauce.
Arrange sliced mushrooms over the pizza, then add sliced red onion over the top.
Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza and sprinkle a little salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the pizza in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
