Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh mozzarella slices, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped fresh basil, and chopped Thai basil.
In a small jar, add the balsamic vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Close the jar and shake to combine the dressing.
