Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-size pieces
1 large cucumber, peeled and shredded
1 large carrot, peeled and shredded
4 cups mixed greens
2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
