Ingredients
2 cups water
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp potassium chloride
1/4 tsp magnesium citrate
Instructions
In a blender, combine the water, cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice, and honey.
Blend until smooth.
Add the sea salt, potassium chloride, and magnesium citrate and blend again.
Pour the drink into glasses and enjoy chilled.
Store any remaining drink in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
