Get an energy boost with a healthy and spicy Seaweed Smoothie packed with nutrients like minerals and antioxidants.
Ingredients
1/4 cup dried seaweed
1/2 cucumber
1/2 green apple
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper powder
1 tbsp honey
1 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Soak the dried seaweed in cold water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse.
In a blender, combine the soaked seaweed, cucumber, green apple, lime juice, cayenne pepper powder, honey, water, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
