Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup honey

4 cups water
6-8 fresh spearmint leaves
Instructions

Add water and stir well.
Crush the spearmint leaves with your hands and add them to the pitcher.
